The relations between the J.Carrión Group and users of this
website will be governed in accordance with Spanish laws. In order
to resolve any disagreement that may arise between the J.Carrión Group
and the user, both parties, are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Justice
of the Spanish city of Almería (Spain) and expressly renounce any other territorial jurisdiction they could claim.
Privacy
With the following notice the companies belonging to the J.CARRION GROUP inform website users about its privacy and personal data protection policy so its users may freely and voluntarily determine whether they wish to facilitate data of a personal nature which might be required.
In accordance with the stipulations of Organic Law 15/1999, from December 13th, for Personal Data Protection, the data of personal nature provided through the completion of any electronic registration form which appears in the Portal will be stored in computer files whose owners are each one of the companies belonging to the J.CARRION GROUP, to be managed by ASETIR, S.L.
These files, registered in the Data Protection Registry, will be used by the J.CARRION GROUP to run services solicited in the Portal, to manage relations with users, the increase and improvement of Services offered by the companies belonging to the business group, as well as to send subsequent comercial and/or promotional information through any means, including electronic mail or similar method, and to conduct quality control research and satisfaction surveys.
In accordance with this, the user expressly authorizes that his or her data may be ceded with the same ends among the companies belonging to the J.CARRION GROUP.
